Service Agreement

By engaging Allens Anvil And Forge for ironwork and metal fabrication services, you agree to these terms of service. These terms apply to all custom ironwork, decorative forge work, structural steel fabrication, tool making, and related services provided by our company.

Project Specifications and Changes

All project specifications will be documented in writing before work begins. Changes to approved designs may result in additional costs and extended timelines. We will provide written estimates for any modifications requested after project commencement. Client approval is required for all specification changes.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are established based on project scope and timeline. Generally, we require a deposit before beginning work, with progress payments tied to project milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion and client satisfaction. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards for payment.

Materials and Workmanship

We use high-quality materials appropriate for each project and provide skilled craftsmanship in all our work. We offer a twelve-month workmanship coverage on all projects, covering defects in fabrication and installation. This coverage does not include normal wear, damage from misuse, or natural weathering of finishes.

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on current workload and project complexity. While we strive to meet all scheduled deadlines, completion dates may be affected by weather, material availability, design changes, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any timeline adjustments promptly.

Liability and Insurance

Allens Anvil And Forge carries appropriate business insurance for our operations. Our liability for any project is limited to the cost of the work performed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Clients are responsible for ensuring proper site access and safety conditions during installation.
